Our services

Care for dizziness, pain, recovery and ears.

Each service starts with listening. You do not need to be sure which one fits before you get in touch.

01Vestibular physiotherapy

Vestibular & Balance Rehabilitation

If dizziness, vertigo or unsteadiness disrupt your day, our vestibular rehabilitation programme gets to the root—often inner-ear or neurological. We use evidence-based care: canalith repositioning manoeuvres for BPPV, alongside tailored gaze-stabilisation, balance retraining and habituation exercises. This targeted plan accelerates recovery, reduces motion sensitivity and meaningfully lowers fall risk, helping you return to daily activities with confidence and stability.

We treat a variety of vestibular pathologies such as:

  • Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV)
  • Ménière’s Disease (supportive management)
  • Vestibular Neuritis
  • Labyrinthitis
  • Vestibular Migraine
  • Bilateral Vestibular Hypofunction
  • Unilateral Vestibular Hypofunction
  • Persistent Postural-Perceptual Dizziness (PPPD)
  • Mal de Débarquement Syndrome (MdDS)
  • Age-Related Vestibular Decline
  • Post-Concussion Syndrome

02MSK physiotherapy

Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy & Pain Management

Our musculoskeletal physiotherapy supports everything from everyday aches to complex injuries. We combine hands-on manual therapy with targeted exercise rehabilitation and evidence-based pain management. This integrated approach improves mobility, restores strength, and builds lasting confidence in your movement—helping you get back to work, sport, and everyday life pain-free.

We treat:

  • Neck, shoulder & low-back pain
  • Arthritis & age-related stiffness
  • Hip, wrist, knee & ankle injuries
  • Sports injuries
  • Post-operative rehabilitation
  • Tendinopathy & overuse pain

03Traumatic Brain Injury

Traumatic brain injury and concussion

If dizziness, balance problems or movement-related symptoms continue after a concussion or traumatic brain injury, we assess what is still affecting you and discuss whether vestibular rehabilitation is appropriate. This is for symptoms that are lingering, not for emergency care on the day of a serious injury.

We can help with:

  • Dizziness and vertigo after a head injury
  • Balance problems and unsteadiness
  • Visual motion sensitivity
  • Movement-related symptoms

04Ear wax removal

Ear wax removal

A build-up of ear wax can sometimes cause blocked or muffled hearing, fullness or discomfort. We examine your ears first and explain whether wax removal is appropriate.

The fee, removal method, preparation advice and the clinics where ear wax removal is offered are still to be confirmed before this service is fully published.

What happens:

  • We ask about your symptoms and relevant ear or medical history.
  • We examine your ears.
  • We explain what we find.
  • If appropriate, the wax is removed using the suitable method.
  • We explain any aftercare or next steps.

This page is general information, not a diagnosis. Sudden weakness, trouble speaking, chest pain, a severe headache or fainting needs emergency care. Call 999.
